- Senior Lunch Outreach - connects 8th grade students with a delivered, hot meal to
shut-in seniors in the Groveport Madison school district.
- Summer Lunch Program
- Groveport Madison Adopt-A-Family (begins in Oct)
- Cash assistance (rent, utilities, prescription, etc)
- Housing (up to $300)
- Utility (up to $200)
- Emergency (car/health up to $150)
- Household goods
- Distribution of various household items (towels, sheets, kitchen items)
- Referrals
- The Benefit Bank® (Assistance in preparing and filing applications for food stamps,
child care subsidies, home energy assistance and children’s health care insurance)
- Appointment required, call 586-4017
General Criteria...
- Must reside in Groveport Madison school district
- Cash assistance maximum is $500 in 12 month period; no more than $1,000
/household lifetime assistance - Cash assistance provided only when all other forms of assistance are
exhausted
